React 19 and BlockNote 0.29.1 Support

This PR updates the peer dependencies to support:

• React 19
• BlockNote 0.29.1

Changes

• Updated peer dependencies in package.json
• Updated optional dependencies in package.json
• Updated example app dependencies
• Added --legacy-peer-deps flag to CI workflow to handle React 19 compatibility with @tabler/icons-react
• Fixed Tiptap dependency versions to match available releases

Testing

• Verified TypeScript compatibility
• Ran tests to ensure functionality
• Tested build process with updated dependencies
• CI checks are now passing
