Upon clicking the button, the sanitized page is displayed and down at the bottom a download button appears. As usual, the file name is indicated. In brackets the length is indicated as 0, 0 kilobytes. On clicking the download button, nothing is saved to the download folder.
I have followed every recommendation given - disabling all other extensions, restarting the browser, removing the extension and reinstalling it etc.
It's the kind of issue that's probably not easily reproducible. The best clue is probably the fact that the length of the file is given as 0,0 kilobytes which of course turns out to be true - except that not even an empty file is being saved.
Other downloads in Firefox work flawlessly.

@Geestbewohner Sorry for the late reply, what do you mean by "at the bottom a download button appears"? This kind of behavior does not exist in SingleFile AFAIK. Are you on mobile? This could be a RAM issue.
