Hi @xillibit I moved your issue as Q&A discussion and as I don't see any glpi-agent error. The reported error seems purely a server error: I don't know in which context this error can occur, but have you checked your QNAP provides the minimal requirement for a GLPI server ? Maybe you don't have the required PHP version. |

The configuration is fine on the QNAP, i have made a clean install of GLPI on the QNAP then imported the GLPI tables via Phpmyadmin. I will re-try in another way

I have deleted all the tables on the QNAP and made a new import of the tables from the Synology, then launched the update of GLPI. So now i can confirm that it works like should because i have two computers which have showed as updated on GLPI. |

Hello, I am experiencing a similar issue. I installed GLPI 10.0.19 on Ubuntu Server 24.04, with the GLPIInventory plugin version 1.15, and I am using the GLPI agent version 1.15 on a Windows machine. I am unable to find the option to allow anonymous or new agents to connect automatically, and the agent connection attempts are being blocked (HTTP 403 error). Could you please advise if this is related to the plugin version or configuration on Ubuntu? Thank you for your help! |
