when hovering items from the list, trigger mouseover and mouseout events

Hi guys, first and foremost, thank you for the work done here.
I was wondering if we could have these two optional Outputs (mouseover and mouseout) on the component.
I'm using this component and I really need to know at least the text displayed on an list item on mouse over.
I could implement myself and propose a Pull Request if necessary.

I want this, so I can change the placeholder based on list item hovered.

Can I implement something like this?
