Failed to load resource: net::ERR_QUIC_PROTOCOL_ERROR

Error when trying https://api.allorigins.win/get?url=https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Formula_One_drivers

Chrome and Edge give same error when pasting the above url
Also tried both browsers in incognito mode and clearing all cache and cookies
Disabled chrome://flags/#enable-quic and still get same error
