Azure Blob Authentication changes

### Feature Description

Currently to connect to an Azure storage account you must use a storage account key, this is not ideal. I would be very benifical if you could use a number of diffrent Auth technolages, (storage account key, Managed Identaty, Servicse pricipal, etc).
