Publish DB dump instead of encouraging scraping #24
Description
The current TOS encourage scraping of the DB. However, that can put significant and unnecessary load on the live DB.
Wouldn't it be better to regularly dump the DB to a public location, so that it can be retrieved more easily and with less load on the servers?
