How to create links to references? #131

Thank you for your great work! md-math is really great, it makes beautiful typesetting so much easier to access.
Summary
I want to recreate the links to references as in the sample HTML of md-math. They seem to be named references with their ids automatically generated(?). I tried to find a way to do it but I can't seem to be successful. Looking for guidance on how to recreate these names refs [1], [2], ... Thanks!
