Harbor not running after restart

Hi, I recently installed Harbor with an offline installation.
After installation, everything is fine, but when I reboot the OS, only harbor-log is up, and other containers are not running
Why is this happening? Do you know if there is any configuration I need to do?

Not that after I use docker compose up, everything goes up and works normally.
