This PR modernizes the community page UI with:

  • Better Layout: Improved alignment, spacing, and full-width usage.
  • Visual Enhancements: Updated buttons, hover effects, and animations.

suggestions from my side: maybe a nit.

  • Try moving the community meetings to the meeting information and vice versa
  • "Bi Weekly public community meetings" & "Meeting Information" seems to be redundant.

For the second point, what about removing that part and add mailing list in the Metting Information, will that be okay?

@DeshDeepakKant , same feedback as on your other PR, the box shadow looks out of place on the website, we don't use it anywhere except on the homepage header, so why introducing it here.

Also a lot of the CSS can be done with plain twitter bootstrap, I don't think we need to introduce new CSS
