how to use mcp/inbuilt salesforce tool

I am running into issues when tried to integrate salesforce data source through mcp server. I could not able to find necessary information related to connecting salesforce using mcp servers or any other inbuilt tool. (https://github.com/smn2gnt/MCP-Salesforce/tree/master)
