This PR introduces support for KBMTF emulation starting from l1 scouting scouting stubs.
Codes added:

  • converter of scouting stubs to L1MuKBMTCombinedStub, which is the format given in input to the emulator
  • KBMTF emulator runner, which puts the output L1MuKBMTrack in an OrbitCollection. It comes with an option to perform matching with GMT muons
  • Ntuplizer in OrbitFlatTable, which can also add the stubs that gave the L1MuKBMTrack
