Pilot Assistant integration to act on checks that can be fixed via user interaction #84

Why?

We have some checks that have "fix me" or "Upgrade" actions assigned to them in plugins area.
We would like to pilot of we can kick start an assistant flow from those links.

How would it work?

Important

The links should keep working for users as they are right now as not every one has assistant enabled + we have a lot of on-prem customers where assistant is not available.

Ideally the user would land on a page that we led them towards - e.g. datasource config page and we pass parameters (in URL?) to assistant to know that it can start guiding the users towards the problem resolution. Which should lead to assistant showing up in the sidebar and asking the user to start the troubleshooting process - "Do you want to run the test command for this datasource?" and then once it fails help continue resolution process by helping out with the error that the user is getting.

Some docs on how to interact with assistant

Most likely it can be achieved via adding openAssistant function to the datasource config pages.
