Document JSONata version and supported features #1210
Description
If I'm looking at it right, the backend is using xiatechs/jsonata-go, which does not have feature parity with JSONata proper. UQL, while using JSONata itself, is using version 1.8.7, which, while maintained, also may be missing stuff.
Please document which versions of JSONata are actually used, and if there is any deviation.
