ServiceMonitors limited spec customization #326
Description
Across many of the charts, ServiceMonitors specs are templated based on specific keys such as relabelings, while many are not contemplated (such as metricRelabelings).
Ideally that should be made more flexible across all of the charts, as there are important use-cases to options that have been left out.
