Add PowerPC ROP Scripts if possible

This is a really great idea for a project.

I'd like to propose an addition: PowerPC ROP scripts along the lines of the MIPS ROP scripts. I can try to do the work and create a pull request but I'm not certain how long it will take me. Just creating a ticket for the future.

@nstarke I appreciate the kind words. For the ticket, feel free to work on this and submit a pull request if you finish it. I do not have experience with PowerPC, but I'm willing to take a look at it if I get free time. The main script (utils/mipsrop.py) is built with RISC in mind so it should be fairly easy to port to PowerPC.
