Please add support for GitHub Actions

I ported a TravisCI pipeline to a GH Action and saw on several failed runs that this package doesn't seem to support GH Actions (which was confirmed by the lack of that in the _CI Services_ list in the README file).
Would it be possible to get this package to support GH Actions?
