OpenAPI spec issues

1. Path /docs/{docId}/states/remove doesn't specify the possible responses fix(openapi-spec): Fixed some of API specification issues #502
2. users.yml file contains an invalid tab character on line 401 [FIX] Remove tab character after property in users.yml #500
3. WebhookProperties component is invalid fix(openapi-spec): Fixed some of API specification issues #502

These problems cause issues when using the specification with other software like openapi-generator.

P.S.

4. The describe workspace request (/workspaces/{workspaceId}) does not actually return a response that matches the specification. It should return a normal Org component and it's properties, but the returned Org is missing the access property.
