[pivottable] Cannot deactivate the total on pivottables

Sometimes on pivot tables one shows values that are not meant to be summed.
For exemple, on budget stuff, in France we have two notions : commitment for an expense and payment credit that (Acte d'Engagement/Crédit de paiement) ; adding theses figures doesn't mean anything.

Currently, on pivot tables, we cannot deactivate the totals ; it would be lovely to have the ability to deactivate theses.
