This PR restructures the VisTool into having a landing page with LC3 Tracing tool and IEEE 754 calculator.

Changes

  • Routing System: Added Vue Router with dedicated pages for Home, IEEE calculator, and LC3 simulator
  • IEEE Calculator: Integrated complete IEEE floating-point visualization tool with calculation steps
  • LC3 Improvements:
    • Arrow key navigation fixes
    • AND instruction support
    • Improved pseudocode display
    • Fixed scaling issues
    • Added bit toggling functionality (for negative binary)
  • Landing Page
  • Cleanup: Removed unused K-map functionality and RTI instruction, deleted placeholder files
