Update ObjToLC3Tools to ensemble #2
Description
With LC3Tools v4.0.0 and the Ensemble rewrite of LC3Tools, the object file format was changed (because I made an arbitrary object file format for ensemble).
This means that LC3Tools v3.1.0 object files and files created currently by ObjToLC3Tools will not function in LC3Tools v4.0.0. This can be fixed by updating ObjToLC3Tools or by updating Ensemble to support v3.1.0-style object files.
