msigdbr updated

msigdbr has been updated and changed some of the arguments (Updated the msigdbr() arguments gs_cat and gs_subcat to gs_collection and gs_subcollection). This causes me to get the following error when running buildMSIGDB():

`Error in eval(e, x, parent.frame()) : object 'gs_cat' not found`

Thought you would want to know in order to update this package
