Text not visible in search bar in light mode

Describe the bug

In light mode, the text inside the search bar blends with the background and is not visible. This makes it difficult for users to see what they are typing.

To Reproduce

1. Switch to light mode.

2. Type something in the search bar.

3. Observe that the text is not visible.

Expected behavior

Expected Behavior: The search text should be clearly visible in light mode (e.g., darker text color).

Additional context

Environment: Browser (Chrome/Firefox), OS (Windows/Ubuntu), light mode.
