Remove Duplicate files in project directory

Hey , @gyanshankar1708 I found some duplicate files in the project directory which are not working and not needed also because for services we already have the code in index.html file so these file Services.html are not required in the project as of now making the directory confusing and takes extra space also.

Want to remove this file from directory and also i will scan for more duplicate not needed files and if found then i will remove them

please assign this to me
