Add dedicated Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions pages

Description

Currently, the project does not include dedicated pages for the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. These pages are important to:

• Inform users about how their data is collected, stored, and used.
• Clearly outline the rules, rights, and responsibilities of both users and the platform.
• Ensure compliance with legal and privacy standards.

Proposed Solution

Create privacy.html to detail the Privacy Policy.
Create terms.html to outline Terms & Conditions.
Add appropriate navigation links to these pages in the footer and/or header for easy access.
