Inconsistent Hover Effects in Section Headings

Description:

• The heading “Content That Performs” has a smooth hover effect with noticeable color change, which looks visually appealing.

• However, the heading “Why Choose Our Content Services” only triggers a hover effect (slight animation) but does not change color, making it feel inconsistent and less engaging compared to the first section. also background is different like every section has same bg but this section have no bg..

Proposed Solution:

• Apply the same hover styling (color change + smooth transition) used in “Content That Performs” to “Why Choose Our Content Services” for uniformity.
• Ensure consistent UX across all major headings.

Expected Outcome:

• A consistent and polished hover interaction across all section titles, improving design harmony.
