Fix Button Spacing & Link Styling in Service Cards

Problem

• The Read More button has too much space right side, so it does not look neat.
• The Explore link shows as a blue underlined hyperlink instead of a button.

Proposed Solution

• Adjust the spacing (margin/padding) of the Read More button so it looks balanced.
• Remove underline and blue color from the Explore link and make it look like a button (same style as Read More).

Expected Outcome

• Both buttons will look clean and even.
• The Explore link will look like a button, not a hyperlink.
