[BUG] : About Us is leading to different pages and not main About Us page

Describe the bug

The redirection from different Pages to About Us leading to different Pages. If you click About Us from the Navigation Bar form the Home Page it leads us to the About Us Page on the other hand, when we click About Us in the Navigation Bar of Contact Us Page it leads us to the About Us section of the HomePage.

To Reproduce

Steps to Reproduce the Error:

1. Go to the Website
2. Click On About Us from Navigation Bar
3. Now go to Contact Us Page
4. Click on the About Us from Navigation Bar
5. See the Error.

Expected behavior

There should be a single page for the About Us as we have the same but the About Section from the Homepage can be shifted to the About Us main page and the redirection could be the same as among all the pages to the ABout Us main page.

Additional context

Please assign this issue to me as i really wanted to make this looks good as it degrades the User Experience and the Sections are duplicated. Please assign this issue to me under @GSSOC2025. I have attached some screenshot as follows:
