This pull request updates the Website Development section to make it more engaging and modern.
The heading has been revised and a GIF has been added to visually enhance the section.

• Also some structural changes on page are done for more visually appealing look.

Motivation

Previously, the Website Development section lacked a dynamic element.
By adding a GIF and revising the heading, the section now aligns better with modern UI/UX standards, improving user engagement.
