Rationale for this change
The FAQ page navbar was hardcoded and outdated.
This PR updates the navbar directly in FAQ.html to ensure it matches the site’s design and provides a consistent user experience.

Updated FAQ.html navbar directly (not using navbar.html component)
Verified CSS/JS features (dark mode toggle, hamburger menu) continue to work
Tested responsiveness on desktop and mobile
