Overview

Part of parent issue #1213

We need a new Contact Us page that matches the provided Figma design. This issue focuses only on building the UI (desktop + mobile), not form functionality.

Action Items

• Create a new page component (ContactUs.tsx) under src/pages/
• Implement layout based on Figma design
• Ensure responsiveness for mobile and desktop
• Add navigation link to Contact Us page in site header and/or footer (get clarification)

Acceptance Criteria

• Page matches Figma design
• Page is responsive on mobile and desktop
• Navigable from header/footer
• Includes placeholder form section for integration
