Used your documentation (thank you) and made some tools.

I linked back to you of course, and thought perhaps a forward link here could be useful to other people looking for ways to work with Nextion fonts. I took the route of using BMFont based tools to make fonts, and converting them to ZI format. No editing on my end, just conversion.

Not sure how far you got with support for AA fonts (or if there is any intention of continuing this project) but the code provided above includes RLE encoding and decoding for BW and AA glyphs. This could provide a nice stepping stone for implementation here. I chose to go the UTF-8 only route, though. No codepage support at all.
