Deprecate SafeBoxState and listeners

Background

SafeBoxState (STARTING/WRITING/IDLE) and its listeners are coarse and lifecycle-scoped. New per-entry write events (#124) provide finer-grained visibility that better serves debugging and UI needs.

Goal

Define a safe, staged deprecation/removal plan for the coarse lifecycle APIs.
