Description

This provides completion, hover, and diagnostics for Terraform Search files. Adds new language id - terraform-search

Overall everything needed is implemented 👍

As an aside, you don't have to duplicate the Terraform Stacks svg. The new svg exists for these reasons, so you coudl rename the file and the references and use it for query as well. Saves bundle size slightly
