Investigate purpose for a withdraw function on trade client

I recently noticed there was a withdraw function in the protospec for the trades gRPC client on the daemon, investigate if there are there any use cases where this is required or if it’s obsolete.

It appears consistently that withdrawals are automated to buyers wallet upon trade completion.
