Lack of trade data syncing on trades

I got report by some arbitrators that trading data lacks of syncing. Maybe arbitrators could sync their trading data to seednodes at every startup

Apparently, the bug occurs when an arbitrator looks a volume/trade chart while having pending trades

If you're referring to missing historical trade data, I've observed this behavior in Bisq and Haveno after resuming the app from standby.

The historical trade data populates correctly when the application is restarted.

So this bug is present in upstream Bisq, if we can identify and provide a fix.

The bug also happens after a restart, i think it haves something to do with TradeStatistics3Store or TradeStatistics3StorageService
