• Efficiency (30%) — lines of code per token consumed (highest weight!)
• Impact (25%) — weighted file/line/repo changes
• Consistency (20%) — active days + streak bonus

Tiers: Bronze → Silver → Gold → Platinum → Diamond → Legendary
