Account cooldown appeal — submitted via wrong method initially #1197

To add some context — when the first issue (#1099) was closed, I did not read the cooldown notice carefully enough and resubmitted before the 7 days were up. That was my mistake. However, the escalation from a 7-day cooldown to a permanent ban with no intermediate warning was unexpected. There is no way to check whether a cooldown is still active before submitting, and no confirmation step that warns "you are currently in a cooldown period — submitting now will extend the restriction." I'd suggest adding a visible cooldown status or a pre-submission check, so good-faith submitters don't accidentally escalate themselves. A one-line warning before the Create button would have prevented this entirely. |

For what it's worth — Claude Code Organizer fills a gap that no other tool in the ecosystem currently covers:
Traction: 176 stars in 6 days, 1,300+ weekly npm downloads, 138 E2E tests, published on npm + Glama + Official MCP Registry. Zero telemetry, zero network requests. I think it would be a genuinely useful addition to the list for anyone managing Claude Code at scale. |

Hi @hesreallyhim,
I submitted Claude Code Organizer (#1099) a few days ago but used a regular issue instead of the web form — I didn't read the CONTRIBUTING doc carefully enough. That was my mistake.
When it was closed, I resubmitted today (#1196) using the correct web form template this time. However, I didn't realize there was an active cooldown from the first closure, so the system escalated it to a permanent restriction.
I understand the anti-spam measures are necessary and I respect them. I'm just asking if the permanent restriction could be reconsidered, since the root cause was a formatting mistake on the first submission, not spam.
