[Feature Request]: Regex Integration of Enzyme Cleavage Pattern

What feature would you like to see in MS Amanda?

Regex integration of enzyme cleavage patterns was recently incorporated into MS Annika. (hgb-bin-proteomics/MSAnnika#32)

Would it be possible to add the same feature into MS Amanda? I just thought to make a formal Feature Request within the relevant project even though the request was passed along in the comments.

Sorry if the modification was already made, as I haven't noticed a version change.

yes, thank you very much! I have forgotton to put it on the public issue tracker :)

It's already on the list of things that are worked on :)

I'll let you know once a new version is out with the feature!

Off topic, but may I ask if there is a Github project for IMP-apQuant? I noticed that it's now compatible with PD 3.1 and 3.2.

I would like to ask if they can add a similar feature for their iBAQ parameters. We're starting to now test more label free crosslink quantification as apposed to TMT.

As far as I know there isn't, there is only the PDNodes site for it (which you probably know of): https://ms.imp.ac.at/?action=home
