Display information about what was updated in an Update Account transaction

Problem

Account Update transactions don't display information as to what was updated

E.g. https://hashscan.io/mainnet/transaction/1752329802.653732496

Solution

Display basic information as to what was changed, such as AccountMemo updated, Key updated etc.

The MN API does not currently enable the explorer to get any specific detail of a CRYPTO UPDATE ACCOUNT transaction.

Approach suggested by MN team:

You can however already mostly get this info but the actual diff would need to be done client-side. The /api/v1/accounts/{id} supports a timestamp parameter that shows the account as of that consensus time. So if you have a timestamp of the account update transaction you can retrieve the account at that time and one nanosecond before and compare the data returned.
