Verify the SDK can use .setMirrorNetwork() with Solo

@gsstoykov recently verified that with the 0.59 release of the Hiero consensus node, you can enable the C++ SDK to get the list of consensus nodes via the Solo network mirror node API. We should verify this in this SDK as well.

Please make sure the Solo consensus nodes are on version 0.59or greater when testing.
