New tutorial: exploring a tabular dataset with hvPlot

A task oriented tutorial, showing how to explore a tabular dataset using tutorial. By visually exploring the dataset and discovering its characteristics, the tutorial uses hvPlot in diverse ways. A user following this tutorial would be exposed to some of the main features of hvPlot and would gain confidence in their ability to explore their own dataset.
