Theme / Default Dashboard resetting to default every day or so

Describe the bug
Apart from the theme and default dash, I also noticed that the "suspend background connections" setting also resets, as well as the Browser Mod device identifier. I suspect other settings might reset, but these are the only ones that I change from default.

I am absolutely baffled as to why this is happening and cannot correlate it to a specific HA or ios version.

It's been happening for the past 3 weeks.
