Some commercial NFS appliances silently ignore atime updates, which causes dsync to want to always attempt to resync file metadata when running syncs between 2 directory trees repeatedly. Add an --ignore-atime option to dsync to ignore atime differences and avoid the overhead of the unnecessary metadata sync. Signed-off-by: Brock Johnson <brock@hudson-trading.com>

This causes dsync to always attempt to resync file metadata when running dsync to compare 2 trees repeatedly. Add an --ignore-atime option to dsync to ignore atime differences and avoid the overhead of the unnecessary metadata sync.
