Encoding Outputs to Bounding boxes

First of all, I really appreciate your work! 
While I was trying to work with  your code, I found it hard to understand how you  enccoded the raw outputs of the onnx model -
(tx,ty,tw,th) to (bx,by,bh,bw).     Can you explain how you did it?
