Valve update broke classtables again

They did update the SDK, but theres still a lot of value in being able to use the old SDK as a basis due to many plugins not being able to be ported to the newer engine. Is it possible to get an update to the classtable or info on how you found the differences last time?
It would help me save servers that can't update past some legacy versions of sourcemod, stripper, etc.
