It's indeed a bit early, since the app is still subject to changes and new features which may render early translations outdated. However, most if not all of the UI definition files already have translatable=true specified, and there aren't too many hardcoded strings on the Rust side. Setting up a translation project shouldn't be too taxing once the app becomes stable.
