file field(video) on the edit page appears as a blank even though a file(video) has been selected on add page

both of the image and video were selected and filled in the add page
but when we go in the edit page, that's how it be like

I have same issue.

There is a single file field. I select a PDF file, and save this post. Next, this filed is blank (but can get value by carbon_get_post_meta).
So, I can't preview or remove this PDF file.

In the case of image file, its preview appears correctly.
