refactor(types): 重命名方法并添加新方法以增强功能

将 `updateElementsTranslate` 重命名为 `updateElementsCoordsByOffset` 以提高方法名称的清晰度，并在 `IStageShield` 接口中添加 `executeMethod` 方法以支持更灵活的操作执行。
