Remove INC examples scripts that represent a very low usage. Replacing with more examples of post-training quantization would be more impactful in my opinion (could be included in the documentation instead), @hshen14 @jiqing-feng what do you think ?
OV examples scripts were also removed in #1167 (while deprecating the
OVTrainerwhich was representing low usage)
